1. Introduction
RunLogos ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Beijing Weinian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit runlogos.com or purchase and use the RunLogos software.
By using our website or software, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Email address — collected when you purchase a license, contact support, or sign up for updates.
- Payment information — processed by Paddle (our payment provider). We do not store your card number or banking details; Paddle handles all payment data under their own privacy policy.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- License usage data — device activation records, activation timestamps, and license key usage to enforce license terms and prevent abuse.
- Website access logs — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited, collected via standard server logs and Cloudflare infrastructure.
2.3 Information we do not collect
We do not collect the content of your projects, source code, documents, or any files you create or process with RunLogos. The software operates locally on your machine.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver and activate your purchased license
- Send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, license key, renewal reminders)
- Prevent duplicate purchases and license abuse
- Respond to support requests
- Analyze aggregate website traffic to improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, our legal bases for processing your data are:
- Contract performance — processing necessary to fulfill your purchase and deliver the license.
- Legitimate interests — fraud prevention, security, and improving our services.
- Legal obligation — where required by applicable law.
- Consent — for optional marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.
5. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We share data only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate our service:
- Paddle — payment processing. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles all payment data. See Paddle's Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, CDN, and edge infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
6. Data Retention
We retain your email address and license records for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and legal purposes (typically 5 years). Website access logs are retained for up to 90 days. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
7. International Data Transfers
Our servers and infrastructure are operated through Cloudflare, which may process data in multiple regions including the United States and the European Union. Where data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (for EEA transfers) or equivalent mechanisms.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)
- Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights
To exercise these rights, contact us at the address in Section 11.
9. Your Rights (GDPR / PIPL)
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
- Restriction — limit how we process your data

To exercise any of these rights, email us at fred@miniidealab.com. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure infrastructure provided by Cloudflare. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
RunLogos is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
