Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RunLogos software, website at runlogos.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Beijing Weinian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing a license, downloading the software, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use RunLogos on your devices in accordance with the plan you purchased.

2.1 Plan types

• Trial — Free, 3-month full access. No payment required. Intended for evaluation purposes.
• Early Bird — One-time payment of $29. Perpetual license with 1 year of software updates. Limited seats.
• Standard — One-time payment of $49. Perpetual license with 1 year of software updates.

2.2 Perpetual license

A "perpetual license" means you may continue to use the version of RunLogos available at the time your update entitlement expires. After 1 year of updates, you retain access to the last version released during your update period but will not receive new features or fixes without purchasing a renewal.

2.3 Device limits

Each license may be activated on up to 2 devices owned or controlled by you. We reserve the right to adjust this limit with reasonable notice.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the software or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the software to build a competing product or service
• Share, resell, or transfer your license key to another person
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose

4.1 Payments

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to local taxes applied by Paddle at checkout.

4.2 Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for paid plans. If you are not satisfied, contact us at fred@miniidealab.com within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds requested after 14 days are at our discretion.

4.3 Early Bird seats

Early Bird licenses are sold in limited quantities. Once seats are exhausted, the Early Bird plan will no longer be available. Purchasing an Early Bird license does not guarantee any specific future pricing.

RunLogos and all related software, documentation, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Beijing Weinian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Your content — documents, specifications, and files you create using RunLogos — remains entirely yours. We claim no rights over your work product.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEIJING WEINIAN INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may suspend or terminate your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the software ceases. Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund outside the 14-day window described in Section 4.2.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Beijing, China.

If you are located in the European Union or the United States, nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
