Refund Policy

We stand behind RunLogos. If you purchase a paid license and are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Email us at fred@miniidealab.com with:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email)

We will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use RunLogos. Please uninstall the software from your devices.

• Refund requests made after the 14-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• The free Trial plan is not eligible for a refund as no payment is required.
• If we have evidence of abuse (e.g. requesting a refund after extracting value and repurchasing repeatedly), we reserve the right to decline.
